Beef carpaccio served with fresh rocket, pecorino shavings and a hint of celeriac horseradish.

Ravioli con Melanzane e Scamorza

Scamorza cheese and aubergine filled pasta cooked in a chestnuts sauce and truffle oil.

The Italian classic lemon sorbet twisted with a Campari shot.

Grilled chicken supreme, silver onions, giant crevette in a white wine and lobster sauce, served with diced herbs potatoes.

Arborio rice with asparagus, goat cheese, sun blushed tomatoes and cream sauce, topped with fresh rocket.
